NIKE EXPERT SESSIONS
Providing one of Nike’s most direct connection to our members. The in-store service provides personalized access to products, guidance, and motivation in an ongoing, digitally powered relationship. Find your Expert and book a time for your personalized experience.
GOAL
The goal was to enhance the out-of-box booking platform experience by creating an intuitive experience for consumers to discover store locations, their services, and provide them with the ability to book a session with a Nike Expert.

My role was leading UX/UI by working directly with our vendor. I provided wireframes of our proposed flow and collaborated with a team on the other side of the country. I connected with other teams to make sure I was applying the nike.com styling to our experience. I worked cross functionally with many teams and stakeholders to deliver the best experience.
